Where is my Order?

You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email & whatsapp once your order is dispatched. If you haven’t received a tracking link, please contact our support team for assistance. More information can be found on our Contact us 


How Do I Return My Order for a Refund or Exchange?

We offer easy returns and exchanges. Any unwanted items can be returned to us for an refund/exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving your parcel. Please note all items must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached and in the original packaging.

I Haven’t Received My Refund Yet.

Refunds typically take 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or Contact us. 


    Items Are Missing from My Order.

    If any items are missing from your order, please contact our customer support immediately with your order number. We’ll resolve this quickly.


    Defective Item

    If you receive a defective item, please contact us with photos and your order number. Our team will address it promptly.


    How Long Will It Take to Get My Exchange Item Back?

    Once we receive your returned item, it typically takes 5-6 business days to process your exchange and dispatch your new item. You will receive a tracking number once your exchange is shipped.


    What is the Delivery Time?

    Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method:

    • Standard Shipping KSA: 4-5 business days
    • Standard Shipping UAE: 2-3 business days
    • Standard Shipping Qatar: 4-5 business days

    How Can I Track My Order?

    You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email or WhatsApp. Alternatively, log in to your account by clicking here and view your order status under My Orders.


    No One Has Contacted Me from the Shipping Company.

    If the shipping company hasn’t contacted you for pickup or for delivery attempt after 5 to 6 working days of your order, please contact us. We’ll follow up with them immediately.


    No One Came for Pickup of My Exchange/Return.

    If your exchange/refund pickup is scheduled and you receive an email from the shipping company, but no one arrives within 48 hours, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier to reschedule the pickup.
